Visitors type a question in plain language. Spotlight finds the right page, navigates them there, and highlights the exact sentence that answers their question — no hunting, no guessing, no reading entire pages.

Why it matters

Most search bars match keywords. Spotlight understands meaning. Ask "is there parking nearby?" and it finds the answer even if the page says "free lot on-site" — because it knows what the visitor means.

Complex questions — "how do I book a group visit?" "what's included in the premium plan?" — often span multiple pages. Spotlight extracts a step list, makes each step clickable, then wraps it in a full walkthrough: scroll and highlight in sync, pause and resume, shareable tour links. Delivered in two milestones: the step list ships first, the full walkthrough UI follows.

Why it matters

Reading a wall of text is not a workflow. A guided path is. Visitors shouldn't have to mentally parse what to do next — that's what AI is for. And the difference between "clickable steps" and "guided walkthrough" is just how much the UI wraps around you.
