Refund Policy

The short version

We don't offer automatic refunds, but if Spotlight didn't deliver value for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll make it right.

Our approach to refunds

We don't offer automatic refunds. Spotlight is a digital subscription with real AI infrastructure costs that run from the moment your account is active. However, if you genuinely didn't get value from the product, email us at hello@spotlight.cx within 7 days of your first charge and we'll review it. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do the right thing.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations after the 14-day window.

Early bird pricing

Spotlight may occasionally offer promotional pricing. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current pricing applies unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Fulfilment

Spotlight is a digital subscription service. Access is granted instantly after a successful payment — there is no manual fulfilment step. Your dashboard access and paid plan features are activated automatically on your account.

Payment processor

Payments are handled by Polar. For billing disputes, you can contact us at hello@spotlight.cx and we will resolve it directly.
