Refund Policy

The short version

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, email us and we'll refund you — no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period.

14-day money-back guarantee

New Pro subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment. This applies to your first subscription period only. To request a refund, email hello@spotlight.cx with your account email and we'll process it within 3–5 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations after the 14-day window.

Early bird pricing

Early bird pricing is locked for the lifetime of an active subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, standard pricing at the time of resubscription will apply — the locked price cannot be reinstated.

Free tier

The free tier has no charges and therefore no refunds. There is nothing to cancel — free accounts remain active indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Fulfilment

Spotlight is a digital subscription service. Access is granted instantly after a successful payment — there is no manual fulfilment step. The widget is available immediately and your Pro features are activated automatically on your account.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. For billing disputes, you can contact us at hello@spotlight.cx and we will resolve it directly.
