The problem
Sarah's studio had a beautiful 8-page website with every answer a visitor could need — class schedules, pricing, FAQs, instructor bios. But she was still fielding 3–4 phone calls every week from people asking questions already answered on the site. Each call took 10 minutes she didn't have.

After installing Spotlight, Sarah's visitors started finding answers themselves. The most common query the first week: "do you offer evening classes" — landing them directly on the schedule page, exactly at the evening times section.
